Six-month toolblock check
Doing preventative maintenance on the toolblock
FRAMECAD® recommends operators inspect tool cartridges in the toolblock every six months as part of a preventative maintenance regimen.
TIP! Doing daily production quality checks allows you to identify issues with tools as they arise. Doing six-month toolblock checks allows you to identify tool issues before they become a problem.
Follow steps for removing a tool cartridge (for the F450iT) or lifting the toolblock (for other single-profile machines), then inspect tools and replace cartridges, if necessary.
NOTE! Always reset the tool in Factory2 after every tool replacement.
