The auto-gauge springs ensure that the main rollers apply suitable pressure for the steel thickness that can be used with the machine.
FRAMECAD® recommends organizations replace the auto-gauge springs every year or every 160,000 meters (≈545,000 feet) steel, whichever comes first, or when damage is suspected.
Note – tools required: 8mm hex key, replacement springs
1. Use the 8mm hex key to loosen the cap bolts.
